Contest Rules
DO312 “WIN STUFF” CONTEST RULES
Do312’s “Win Stuff” contests begin when the info about what and how you can win is posted within an event listing on the website, and end 48 hours before the concert (unless otherwise indicated). NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Void where prohibited by law. Only U.S. citizens and legal residents eligible. Contestants must be age 18 years or older. All prize winners will be chosen at the conclusion of the Contest’s time period based on a random drawing of all entrants (unless otherwise indicated). Do312, LLC (the “Sponsor”) is sponsoring the contest. The contest rules are as follows:
CONTEST DATES
Contests begin when the info about what and how you can win is posted within an event listing on Do312.com, and end 48 hours before the listed concert/event (unless otherwise indicated). Winners will be notified no later than 24 hours before the listed concert/event by either e-mail, direct message or telephone.
PRIZE
Winner will receive the amount of tickets indicated in the event listing on Do312.com. Total prize value is the retail sale price of the tickets (unless otherwise indicated). No cash option of prizes is available. No expenses incurred directly by the winner will be reimbursed by Sponsor. Winners who decline tickets or any other prize item will not be able to transfer prize or redeem prize for a monetary value. WINNERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR REPORTING AND PAYING ANY AND ALL INCOME, SALES OR EXCISE TAXES THAT MAY APPLY TO ACCEPTING PRIZES; SPONSOR IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR AND WILL NOT PAY ANY SUCH TAXES.
ELIGIBILITY
To enter, the contestant must be a U.S. citizen or legal resident alien of the United States, and must be over the age of 18 years old. If required by the venue for the specific concert in question, contestants must be 21 years old. Questions about eligibility will be determined by documentary evidence (either a valid driver’s license, state i.d. card, or U.S. passport). No employee or immediate family member of Sponsor is eligible to enter the contest.
HOW TO ENTER
To enter, entrants must click “I Like It” in the relevant event listing on Do312 (unless otherwise indicated). Within 24 hours of the concert/event, Do312 will notify the winner of the tickets. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER.
ODDS OF WINNING
Odds of being selected as a prize winner depend on the total number of entries received. All prizes will be chosen at the conclusion of the contest period based on a random drawing by Sponsor (unless otherwise indicated). The prizes will be awarded, regardless of the number of entries received.
NOTIFICATION
The winners of the Prizes awarded will be notified by e-mail (if an e-mail address is received), direct message or telephone within one day after selection.
LIABILITY; WAIVER
Contestant acknowledges that Sponsor is not liable for any entries that are either misdirected or incomplete, is not liable for any losses due to electronic or computer malfunction, and is not responsible for any injuries or losses (1) occurring during or caused by participation in the contest, or (2) caused by any prize awarded. Participation in the Contest constitutes winner’s consent to Sponsor’s and its agents’ use of winner’s name, creative word, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration. Prize winner will be responsible for any taxes assessed on their winnings by any governmental agency, state, local or federal. Sponsor will notify the Internal Revenue Service of all winnings to the extent required by law.
